Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Be in their original condition with all tags attached.

Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Personalized or customized products.

Intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, underwear, or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
How to Request a Return

Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address via email.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The wrong item was received.

The item arrived damaged.

The item is defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Denimlo is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional time depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
